WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can receive your order at a private address (home, work, or a drop point), but it cannot be sent to a post office box or any other public place.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 3 business days.

IS DELIVERY FREE ALL OVER PAKISTAN?
Yes, delivery is free across all of Pakistan.

WHICH COURIER WILL DELIVER THE ORDER?
The courier will depend on your delivery area and the type of shipment. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with the courier details and tracking information.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT AT HOME WHEN THE ORDER IS DELIVERED?
If you’re not home when the order is delivered, you’ll receive an SMS from the courier with the payable amount. Ensure someone is present at home for self-collection, or a designated person or family member can receive the parcel on your behalf.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE TO MAKE PURCHASES?
We accept the following payment methods: COD, VISA, MasterCard, and Discount Coupons.

WHY WAS MY CREDIT CARD DECLINED?
Your card may have been declined for one of the following reasons:

• The card may have expired: Make sure your card hasn’t passed its expiry date.
• You may have reached the card limit: Check with your bank to ensure the card hasn’t exceeded the purchase limit.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I SEE A DOUBLE CHARGE FOR AN ORDER?

CAN I PAY IN THE STORE WHEN I RECEIVE THE ORDER?
The payment for the order must be made either via COD or online to complete the purchase. Payment cannot be made in the store when you receive your order. However, you can try on the items in-store when picking up your order, and exchange or return any items you’re not satisfied with.
