CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

All products purchased from H&Y Clothes can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the product’s original specifications or is not the same as you had purchased.

You must notify us within three days of delivery by emailing us at info@hyclothes.com or calling 3303022777 to resolve any disputes. At H&Y Clothes, we review each case individually and aim to be fair to both parties.

 

Replacement Process
If you receive a defective, faulty, or damaged item, we will send a replacement. You will need to email photographic evidence of the defective item to info@hyclothes.com within 14 days of purchase before we process your claim.

 

Non-Returnable Scenarios
We are unable to support returns & exchanges in the following scenarios:

  • Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame.
  • Products damaged due to use.
  • Products that have been tampered with.
  • Missing items, including price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, or accessories.
  • Packs: Products sold as packs (containing multiple items) are considered one item, and therefore, the packaging cannot be opened, and the items cannot be returned partially or individually.
